Near the grands boulevards of Paris, a chocolate museum gathers more than a thousand antique pieces from the history of cacao, from copper molds to the cups of kings. There are workshops where kids temper chocolate and demonstrations that end, of course, in a tasting.

The pop wink

Chocolate reached the French court when the Spanish princess Anne of Austria married Louis XIII in 1615; it's said she brought the taste for drinking it with her. Paris turned it into a luxury of kings and then a pleasure for everyone.
